This past weekend I was lucky enough to stay at my friends Clara and Charles’ house in Southampton and we had a big feast Sunday to celebrate friends and enjoy summer grilling. Luckily, Charles Fulford is a talented photographer and was able to capture the beauty of the fresh corn, tomatoes, tenderloin, salsa verde and more.
Lunch Menu…
Starters:
Smoked Salmon with capers, red onion, lemon and toast points
Sliced bresola and prosciutto
Roaring 40’s blue cheese and sliced salami
Lunch:
Corn, heirloom tomato, avocado and arugula salad
Grilled Balsamic, Lemon and Soy glazed chicken (recipe below)
Grilled beef tenderloin with salsa verde
