I just returned from an amazing weekend in New Orleans and Mississippi, spending time with friends, cooking, and enjoying the hospitality and warmth of the most generous people you could ever know. My friend Christopher and I stopped by a BBQ on Sunday night and were lucky enough to arrive just in time for dinner…tender slow cooked ribs, sweet corn on the cob, toasted garlic bread and delicious potato salad with bacon, shallots, hard boiled eggs and celery. I am in the process of getting the recipes so they will be coming!
